[DEV][Kernel Patch] Porting FastCharging (force AC charging)

I succeed in porting FastCharging to the kernel for Optimus 3D :) (FastCharging is to force adapters that are detected as USB to charge as AC.)

I consulted the source of chad0989's FastCharging for GalaxyNexus(http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1524020), and I fixed it for Optimus 3D.

I hope that my this patch help the other kernel developer ;)
