Download and extract it..
Take a BACKUP of your InternalSD DATA at your PC
Flash the BIN file with LG FLASHTOOL
Reboot
After it gets flashed PRESS VOLUME DOWN and POWER until the factory reset screen appears.
Factory Reset
After ANDROID starts go into your SETTINGS > STORAGE and ERASE INTERNAL MEMORY and restore your Internal SD Data from your PC
REBOOT to CWM RECOVERY
Install MRKJBCOMBO.zip
Reboot

This one is PREROOTED.
LG APPS and WIDGET's ARE NOT REMOVED. REMOVE THOSE THAT YOU DONT WANT WITH ES FILE MANAGER AND ALSO YOU CAN REMOVE THE APPLICATION'S THAT I HAVE INSTALLED IF YOU DON'T USE THEM.
Installation:
TRY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LINKS:
LINK -MRK JELLBEAN COMBO
Go to your RECOVERY
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik-Cache.
Factory Reset
Wipe System.
Now install zip.
Reboot (it will say there is no system but ignore that)
Wait 5minutes until all applications are installed..
